To be a Christian means to forgive the inexcusable because God has forgiven the inexcusable in you. And as for the weak, they can never forgive, forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. Keep in mind, hurting people often hurt other people as a result of their own pain. If somebody is rude and inconsiderate, you can almost be certain that they have some unresolved issues inside.

They have some major problems, anger, resentment, or some heartache they are trying to cope with or overcome. The last thing they need is for you to make matters worse by responding angrily. I think that if God forgives us we must forgive ourselves. Otherwise, it is almost like setting up ourselves as a higher tribunal than Him. When you forgive, you love, and when you love, God’s light shines upon you that’s how I see it.

Be the one who nurtures and builds, be the one who has an understanding and a forgiving heart one who looks for the best in people, leave people better than you found them, A heart filled with anger has no room for love. The practice of forgiveness is our most important contribution to the healing of the world, Love may forgive all infirmities and love still in spite of them: but Love cannot cease to will their removal. An eye for an eye and the whole world would be blind, One should never do wrong in return, nor mistreat any man, no matter how one has been mistreated by him.and we should know that forgiveness is God's greatest gift.
